• Minimum Bet: The minimum stake per bet is ৳50.
• Maximum Bet: The maximum bet amount per event depends on the odds and event type. Limits are displayed on each match page.
• Bet Confirmation: Once you click the "Place Bet" button, your bet is final and cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Odds Changes: Odds may change before your bet is placed. won bet displays real-time odds, so please review them once more before confirming your bet.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Live Betting: Odds change rapidly during live events. Won bet may temporarily suspend betting on certain events during Live Betting.

In the event of a dispute over results, Won bet's decision is final. However, you are always welcome to contact our support team to raise a dispute.

The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals on Won bet:

Deposit

• Minimum deposit: ৳200.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and selected bank transfers.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• You must include the correct transaction ID when making a deposit.
• Only deposits from mobile banking accounts registered in your own name are accepted.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳50,000.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Identity verification is mandatory for withdrawals above ৳1 lakh (BDT 100,000).
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Won bet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000. A 5x wagering requirement applies before this bonus can be withdrawn.
• Reload Bonus: Deposit bonus available on selected days. Specific terms apply and will be stated separately.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and both of you receive a bonus. The bonus is credited after the referred friend makes their first deposit.

• One Bonus at a Time: Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on won bet and may result in immediate account closure:

• Placing bets based on match-fixing or prior knowledge of an event's outcome.
• Using another person's account or sharing account credentials.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to won bet's systems.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

Won bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• Refusing to complete identity verification.
• If suspicious or unusual activity is detected.
• When required by a court order or regulatory authority.

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw your balance before doing so. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn — only funds earned through completed wagering are eligible.
